New City College are offering free Level 2 qualifications for people over 19 who have lived in the EU for 3 years.

Courses available include:

  • Principles of Team Leading
  • Understanding Data Protection and Data Security
  • Principles of Customer Service
  • Understanding Tenant Support in Social Housing
  • Principles of Business Administration
  • Lean Organisation Management Techniques
  • Understanding Retail Operations

Courses are online and range from 4 – 10 weeks.

National Lottery Heritage Fund

Positive Change Consultancy has received a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant of £40,000 for an exciting heritage project, Becontree’s Treasured Memories, in Barking & Dagenham.

Thanks to National Lottery players, the project focuses on documenting the history, stories, and memories of local residents of the Becontree Estate as part of the centenary celebrations in the borough.
